The conference techinically begins on Saturday, April 28 2018 at 4:00PM with the Wendell MacLeod Memorial Lecture, but if you are registered for any pre-conference workshops, they can start as early as Friday, April 27, 2018.
Make sure you arrive in time to adapt to the time change, if applicable, and you have time to settle in. If you have time, head over to the venues and make sure you know your way around, i.e. where registration is, where the plenary sessions are held, and the locations of the sessions you plan on attending. Floorplans, maps amd programs can be found here.
Please visit Accommodation & Travel.
Your fee includes all workshops, oral presentations, poster presentations, major sessions, breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and any open meetings. If you are going to be eating breakfast, lunch, or snacks provided by the conference, please indicate this on your registration form.
Of course! Please remember to purchase them an additional ticket before the conference, as not all tickets are available on site.
You do not need to attend every session, but the more you attend, the more you take away from the conference.
The only additional fees for sessions are for some pre-conference workshops and social events. Everything else is included with your registration fee.
Don’t forget to get involved over social media. Every year, our CCME participants are very active over twitter, and much of the conversation is extended to this platform post-sessions and conference.
