Registration confirmations and receipts will be sent via email from ProReg Registration Solutions.

Pre-registration is necessary for the CAME and AFMC luncheons and also for the Official Conference Social Event on Monday evening. Tickets for the social events are limited and guests, age 18 and over, are welcome.

Full Conference Registration:

A printed copy of the Conference Final Program in the language of your choice.

Continental Breakfast served on Sunday, April 15, 2012.

Daily Registration:

Access to the Official Conference Program, and the open Business Meetings and Special Events on either Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday.

Non-Medical Student Registration:
