Please note the following times and dates will not be accepted for education based sessions, as they will conflict with conference wide initiatives:

Welcoming Ceremony / J Wendell Macleod Memorial Lecture / Welcome Reception: Sunday, April 15th, 2012 – 4:00pm to 6:30pm
Plenary & Dedicated Poster Session: Monday, April 16th, 2012 – 8:30am to 10:00am & 2:00pm to 4:30pm
Tuesday Plenary Session: Tuesday, April 17th, 2012 – 2:00pm to 4:45pm

All forms must be received by no later than Friday, November 18, 2011 – 5:00pm EST.

Meetings on the Run

Looking to connect with colleagues while in Banff? Once again, the CCME is pleased to announce that we have a solution for you.

We have reserved a limited amount of space (daily) for those wishing to convene onsite with colleagues for an impromptu meeting. Space will be reserved in one hour increments and on a first-come first-served basis. Please ask one of the conference staff located at the registration desk at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel.

Perhaps there is a topic of interest that you wish to discuss that is not covered in our program? Well this is your opportunity!
