Fairmont Banff Springs

A block of rooms has been set aside for conference delegates at the Fairmont Banff Springs. Hotel reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at 403-762-2211, or via their Toll Free Reservations at 1-866-540-4406. When calling the reservations department participants are asked to identify themselves as being a part of 'The Canadian Conference on Medical Education'.

CCME Organizers suggest that you enroll in the Fairmont President's Club. Enrollment is complimentary and offers Fairmont guests privileges such as free Wi-Fi access in your guestroom, free health club access, additional airline miles, complimentary local calls and much more. Please Note: In all Fairmont Rocky Mountain properties, a service charge is included in your room rate to cover Guests Services (Bellmen) and Housekeeping services. No further gratuity are required for these departments. However, gratuity is not included for food and beverage service within the hotel. Tipping in those circumstances is up to the discretion of the diner based on the service they received.

Transportation:

Delegates may take advantage of a 10% discount off the best available regular fare with WestJet (excluding web and promotional fares). Attendees must make their travel arrangements through the WestJet Specialty Sales Team, and quote the account number at the time of booking. The discounted rates are available up to 3 business days prior, and 3 business days after the conference.

Banff Airporter

Driving

If you choose to drive, please be aware that Banff National Park, like most national and historic parks throughout the Canadian Rockies, are on a fee based system to support the maintenance of the parks.
